How do I contact ADT? test

You can return products within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price and taxes, as long as they are returned undamaged and with all accessories, components, and parts. However, some returns will have a restocking fee:

  • If the purchase price is between $2,999.99 and $4,999.99, a 15 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the purchase price is over $4,999.99, a 25 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Acer isn’t obligated to accept returns for damaged products or products missing accessories, components, or parts. They may choose to accept them at their discretion but will deduct the repair or replacement costs from any refund and restocking fee.
