- Contact your nearest Air India reservation office for tickets issued by the Air India city booking or airport office.
- If you purchased the ticket from a travel agent or online portal, contact the respective agent’s office for a refund.
- Change and Cancellation Penalties:
- The cancellation charges and change penalties vary based on the flying class.
- Within the no-show window, only taxes are refundable.
- Important Notes:
