Omni Hotels & Resorts is a privately held, international luxury hotel company based in Dallas, Texas. The company is owned by private equity investor Robert Rowling of TRT Holdings. It currently operates about 60 properties in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Only two of the properties are franchised (Cancún and Puerto Aventuras); the remaining hotels are either managed, or managed and owned, by Omni Corporate.
