Vacasa usually works behind the scenes, so when you are renting an Airbnb or Vrbo, there's a good chance it is managed by a company like Vacasa. For example, this Vrbo rental was managed by Vacasa, and ultimately Vacasa refused to refund the customer. Here's another case involving a Vacasa rental that wasn't properly cleaned.
