Dollar General Customer Service Contacts

Store would not honor sale price on Saturday evening at 7pm because the computer had started the next week’s sale price. I was told I should have come earlier. Why should I have to come earlier? The store doesn’t close until 9pm why shouldn’t I be able to get that week’s sale price when the week wasn’t over?

My rate is a 0. You dont get to touch a star... The worst experience in a dollar general that ive ever had, i spent over 60 dollars choose not to get 2 items Welch grape sparkling cider and pistachios and the cashier told me to put them back where i got them... now after a hard day of work ive got to spend my money to get my things and do my cashier's job and put her put backs away... The level of customer service is non existent. Im standing there like how did you even get this job to work with people.. second experience i go back and buy a movie with my daughter and im first in line and the same cashier is even worst ....lies about the register not working gets another worker to ring me but she takes the next person in line im standing there like she is not going to ring me up.... the other cashier stops ringing up the guy behind me ask me to come over so i can purchase my things, and the same cashier that had me standing there began to ring up the guy who had to stop with his first cashier... the level of disrespect while spending your money is awful.. something needs to be done asap. Ionia, Michigan store is a joke to shop at the management needs lots of training, most of the time they are outside smoking or on their phone. New employees are not trained well and end up quitting. There will be a line of customers waiting to be checked out and no other workers will come help take care of them.

The store at 1462 fm in Rosharon Texas I have a problem with a employee that’s working there she took my phone away from and was acting weird and rude I’m a independent DoorDash person I had a problem getting my order for my customer and wasn’t even the cashier I was talking to she came over where was standing and took my phone she messed up my app and deleted my customers order

To the ignorant employee at the Zion road Egg Harbor Township store (you know who you are) The next time you call out someone in front of all your customers for smelling like weed make sure they're not someone fighting cancer for the last two years. You are a vile and ignorant person. You don't deserve a star but i can't submit this without one. That shows how arrogant your company is.
