Bradenton 14th. ST. STORE IS POORLY MANAGED. Im writting this post based on years going to this store.

1) Floor staffing no where to be found. You have to go throught the store trying to find someone. Then to be told your 4th inline to wait.

2) Dont bother using the call buttons in tiose dept requiring a floor worker, MOST OF THEM DONT WORK!

3) Flat bed and heavy carts are few and far between. There are too little carts for years.

All these items the store management has known for years but changes have occurred

My trip today was for a constuction contract over 4K. I could not get any service on the floor so i left and went down the street to Home Depot and orderred my supplies.

No, issues at HD getting order taken care of.

I love lowes. I hate ai on the phone. it won't let me talk to a human. trying to check on a delivery and it won't let me. I hate this. it makes me feel sick. now i have to go to another town to talk to a human about my order!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Return policy now stinks as they won't even give you store credit after 90 days, although I found out after calling corp CS that the store has the ability to override the register. But the cashier was too lazy to do anything to help us out and only said,"denied" and went on to do something else. Lost our business permanently over $10.

Received a christmas gift unopened 40 tool. Lowes wont even issue a credit because the person who gifted this to me paid cash and doesn't have a receipt. Ive bought over $ 10000 from lowes in the past 10 years. Tried to talk to someone but was denied access to anyone else other than AI.on line or phone
Thia company just lost my business over jot trusting a valued customer. Pitiful losers whom i will bad mouth everytime i get a chance over ,$ 40.
