This data may be shared with trusted partners (e.g., booking agents, payment handlers, Flying Blue, safety/security agencies, and governments when required) and is retained according to legal and operational needs (typically 3 to 7 years). You have full privacy rights—including access, correction, deletion, data portability, restriction, and objection—and can exercise them via the privacy office or an online request.

What are Transavia's terms of use?

Transavia’s website and app are operated by Transavia Airlines C.V., and by using them, users agree to the stated terms, which may be updated at any time without notice. Transavia disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from use or temporary unavailability of the site and does not guarantee error-free operation or accuracy of the content. Tranasavia AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Nothing works the website, they never answer the reservation telephone and the outsourced ground staff are beyond rude. No service, no seats no nothing
